James Foley was chosen to direct both of them, and the plan was to shoot them one after the other in 2016. After Anastasia Steele left Christian Grey, he started having nightmares about his tough childhood. Meanwhile, Ana got a new job working as an assistant to Jack Hyde, who is an editor at a publishing company in Seattle. The previous assistants didn’t last long with him.

Ana met Christian again at a photography exhibit by her friend José Rodriguez. She wasn’t happy that Christian had bought all the pictures of her. He wanted to get back together and agreed to her conditions of no rules, punishments, or secrets. He also shared with her that his birth mother had a difficult life with addiction.

Ana and Jack were going for a drink after work when a woman who looked like Ana approached her on the street. Christian showed up and was distant with Jack, then took Ana away. She was annoyed that Christian was thinking about buying the publishing company. Ana saw the same woman again and Christian told her that the woman, Leila Williams, was a former partner of his who had become obsessed with him.

Before a charity ball organized by the Grey family, Christian took Ana to a salon owned by Elena Lincoln, a friend of the family who had a role in Christian’s past. Ana was angry about the visit and about Christian and Elena’s business relationship. At the ball, Christian’s sister mentioned that he was expelled from multiple schools for fighting.

Christian revealed to Ana that his biological mother had died from an overdose, and he had a difficult childhood before being adopted by Dr. Grace Trevelyan Grey. Ana confronted Elena at the ball, warning her to stay away. When they got home, they found Ana’s car vandalized by Leila.

Jack tried to assault Ana at work, but she escaped. Christian had him fired and Ana was promoted. Christian asked Ana to move in with him, and she agreed.

At Ana’s place, Leila threatened her with a gun, but Christian and his bodyguard intervened. Ana needed time to think about her relationship with Christian. He confessed that he was not just a dominant, but someone who enjoyed hurting women like his birth mother. He wanted to change. He proposed, but Ana needed time before saying yes.

Christian went on a business trip but had a helicopter accident. A big search happened, and Ana worried about him. He returned home safely, and Ana realized she loved him and accepted his marriage proposal.

During Christian’s birthday, Elena accused Ana of being after Christian’s money. Christian defended Ana and cut ties with Elena. Christian proposed to Ana again, and she said yes. While they celebrated, Jack Hyde watched and plotted revenge against them.

Fifty Shades Freed (2018)

Fifty Shades Freed (2018)

“Fifty Shades Freed” is a movie from 2018. It’s a romantic drama with some intimate scenes. James Foley directed the movie, and Niall Leonard wrote the script. The story is based on a book with the same title by E. L. James, which was published in 2012. This movie is the third and final part of the Fifty Shades movie series. It continues the story that started in “Fifty Shades of Grey” (2015) and continued in “Fifty Shades Darker” (2017). The main characters, Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey are played by Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan. The plot focuses on their marriage and the challenges they face when dealing with a person from Ana’s past who starts stalking them. Eric Johnson plays this character.

After the success of the first film in February 2015, the creators quickly began working on the sequels. James Foley was chosen to direct both parts, and they were planned to be filmed together in 2016. They started filming “Fifty Shades Freed” at the same time as “Fifty Shades Darker” in February 2016. They filmed scenes in places like Paris and Vancouver, and everything was done by July 2016.

Fifty Shades Freed” was released in the United States on February 9, 2018, and it was also shown in some IMAX theaters. The movie did well at the box office, making more than $370 million worldwide. However, compared to the other two movies in the series, it earned the least money. Just like the previous films, “Fifty Shades Freed” got negative reviews. People didn’t really like the way the story was told and how the actors performed.

Newlyweds Christian and Anastasia found their idyllic honeymoon abruptly curtailed when news of a break-in at Christian’s corporate headquarters reached them. The tranquility they had hoped for was shattered by the intrusion of Jack Hyde, a former colleague of Ana’s, who had been dismissed due to his reprehensible behavior involving sexual assault. Hyde managed to abscond with sensitive computer files, casting a dark cloud over their romantic getaway.

In a surprising twist, Christian took it upon himself to alleviate Ana’s distress by presenting her with a new house, a symbol of their shared future. To bring this vision to life, he enlisted the talents of architect Gia Matteo. However, Ana’s irritation grew as she witnessed Gia’s flirtations with Christian in her presence. Fueled by her growing discomfort, Ana asserted her authority and made it clear to Gia that such behavior would not be tolerated, compelling Gia to rein in her advances.

In a daring move, Ana defied Christian’s wishes and ventured out to meet her friend Kate Kavanagh for a drink, despite Christian’s concerns. Kate, who was romantically involved with Christian’s elder brother Elliot, confided in Ana about her suspicions regarding Elliot’s involvement with Gia, a business associate. As if this wasn’t enough, Jack Hyde’s reappearance in Ana’s life took a terrifying turn when he attempted to kidnap her. Fortunately, Ana’s newly employed security team thwarted his plans and he was subsequently apprehended by the authorities.

Amidst mounting tension, Ana and Christian’s relationship weathered further storms. A disagreement sparked by Ana’s night out with Kate led to a larger confrontation about Christian’s controlling nature. Ana, determined to assert her independence, demanded more freedom in their marriage. Despite the conflict, Christian surprised Ana with a trip to Aspen, accompanied by their friends and family, where celebrations and a surprise engagement provided a welcome respite.

As their bond continued to evolve, the couple delved into their exploratory sexual journey. Yet, complications arose as Ana revealed that she was expecting a child, a revelation that stirred mixed emotions within Christian. Struggling to reconcile his own plans with the impending parenthood, Christian’s distress culminated in a reckless drinking spree. A further blow was struck when Ana discovered Christian’s communication with his former lover and BDSM dominant, Elena Lincoln. Frustration and anger reached a boiling point, culminating in a night of heated arguments.

In the midst of this turmoil, Jack Hyde resurfaced with more nefarious intentions. Demanding a hefty ransom and threatening Mia, Christian’s sister, he plunged Ana into a high-stakes ordeal. Armed with a checkbook and a revolver, Ana navigated a tense exchange, employing her wits to outsmart her captor. The ordeal left her injured but ultimately reunited with Christian, who had tirelessly pursued her location.

As Ana recovered, the couple confronted their vulnerabilities and misunderstandings. Despite Christian’s lingering doubts, he recognized the depth of Ana’s commitment to their unborn child, leading to a heartfelt reconciliation. The Grey family’s support, particularly from Christian’s adoptive mother Grace, served to strengthen their bond.

Intriguing revelations surfaced through Christian’s private investigator, shedding light on a shared past between Christian and Hyde. The ties that bound them were revealed to be rooted in a shared foster family, unbeknownst to Christian until then. This discovery provided a new layer of understanding to the motivations behind Hyde’s actions.

The narrative unfolded to encompass personal growth, healing, and renewed intimacy. The couple’s journey took them to the resting place of Christian’s birth mother, marking a poignant moment of closure. As the final chords of their story were struck, Ana’s desire to connect with Christian’s love for music brought them together once more. Their future seemed brighter as they navigated parenthood, with the arrival of their firstborn son, Teddy, and the anticipation of a second child on the horizon.

Where To Watch The 50 Shades Of Grey Trilogy?

You can watch the 50 Shades Of Grey movies on Peacock Premium. The second and third parts, 50 Shades Darker and 50 Shades Freed, are available for rent. You can also rent or buy all three movies on platforms like Max, iTunes, Apple TV, Prime Video, Google Play Movies, and DirecTV. Despite making good money, the sequels received worse reviews than the first movie. Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan, the stars of 50 Shades Of Grey, don’t seem interested in coming back for another movie. Jamie Dornan mentioned how it was chaotic to work on the first movie because of the control the author had. Even though 50 Shades Of Grey was successful, it didn’t bring back more movies like it. But there’s a funny version called Fifty Shades Of Black, with Marlon Wayans, making fun of the original. Just like the movies it’s mocking, this one also got bad reviews.
